Alternate Dispute Resolution

Alternate Dispute Resolution

Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) focuses on working together rather than fighting in court. Instead of long and costly court battles, ADR offers methods like mediation, arbitration and negotiation to help people reach agreements in a more cooperative way. In Mediation, a neutral person helps the parties discuss and find a solution. In Arbitration, a neutral person makes a final decision after hearing both sides. Negotiation allows the parties to directly discuss and resolve their issues.

ADR is appreciated for being flexible and private. It can handle different types of disputes, from business disagreements to personal issues, in a more private and adaptable way than going to court. This approach helps keep relationships intact and keeps details confidential, leading to quicker and more friendly solutions while saving time and money.
