AI-powered Onboarding: Streamlining the Integration of new employees with Chatbots
We are currently working for one of our customers on the use of #KI/GPT to support the onboarding of new employees. This is a #GPT-based chatbot for the HR department, which is intended to support new employees in particular as a central information hub.
Because for new employees, questions often arise out of the moment, for example such questions as "How does the time recording system work?", "Where can I find information about employee benefits?", "Who is the contact person for my matter?". Instead of going on a long search for the answer, they can ask the #Chatbot on demand.
From our point of view, such a chatbot is suitable for almost all companies, because the training of new employees is, despite existing structures and processes, a challenging and very important task.
A GPT-based chatbot can be a user-friendly and intuitive first point of contact for new employees, thanks to its excellent language understanding and ability to process natural language. It provides them with contextual answers at any time and facilitates access to the knowledge they are asking for. Employees can easily acquire knowledge on demand and at their own pace.
So for #HR departments, GPT-based chatbot can be an effective solution to simplify onboarding of new employees, provide personalized support, facilitate access to information, and last but not least, free up HR resources in all this.
