Accendre sprint #7
During the past few weeks, Accendre has made a ton of progress! In our last sprint, we were down in the workout rooms creating videos to demo how to do each workout. This sprint we focused more on what to do with those videos. We began to edit the videos with an intro slide that tells the user what workout they are doing followed by the video. Then we learned how to integrate those videos into the app. With our app progressing, we decided to talk to our distance coach about him implementing Accendre into his practice. While editing and gaining beta users, we also created social media posts. We have made Instagram posts that we are very proud of. On TikTok, we planned out our videos and then began the recording process. We are at the beginning of editing all of those. Accendre is also in the process of deciding what features should be in the freemium or premium version. After we gave our Share Back, we got a lot of feedback on features that people are looking for. It also occurred to us that there are way too many features on the freemium side. In order to generate revenue, we need to transfer the features such as personal demographics and possibly personal goals into the premium version in order for a customer to see value in spending their money. Moving forward, we will be adding the videos to the app along with making progress in the back end for getting the actual version of the app out.
