2021 - My reflections: The year of great introspection as I set out for 2022

As I was pondering to write what was 2021 about and what 2022 would be, in the normal mode I would have been writing about Metaverse, Digital, Web3 to look ahead. However 2021 taught me something beyond all this and that is what i want to reflect upon...

1) Being thankful, respectful, and Mindful of the life@large

•Identify your biggest pillar of strength

•Never take anyone for granted while in crisis

•Health, Job, Career and how lucky we are to be in this Industry (IT)

•Being fit : Integrated approach to Pyschological wellness, Spiritual wellness and Physical wellness

2)Building long-lasting effective relations that can be handy to help

•Personal relationships and childhood friendships 

•Reaching out for help without hesitation 

3)Building a Financial wellness plan to safeguard immediate and long term needs in the scope possible: Dos and Don’ts

•For married and unmarried its the same!

•Very important (Insurance, Financial know-how, Backup, Accessible funds, how to manage and share)

•Cash and Non-cash management 

•Did you Document everything?

•Did you share the document with your most important family member –Do it Now!

4)Ability to focus on the Solution and not the problem

5)Family, Family and Family

•Immediate family | Extended family and Societal family - Learn the art of balancing all these families and they will be your biggest asset(s) as you turn on the chaptes of life both forward and backward.

This year taught me being at peace with yourself. In hindi its called अंतर्द्वंद ( Inner conflict ) , means fighting with your own self so that sort of have been sorted this year 😀 . Wish you a very happy new year.
