Like to share a slide that usually use to explain about "Cloud". Depending on the brand/product, the name of the function may be different, consolidated into a few, or make up of other modular names. Nonetheless, finds it is always easier to use picture to explain "cloud" to interested parties. Hope that helps

10yin the resource pool, we can add public cloud. because if you put this model from end-user perspective, this commercial public cloud are not to be ignored. also, any reasons why I don't see service catalogue, you got chargeback, but you don't have the 'menu'.
