Agent On-Hand is PDGC’s video streaming tool that's designed to assist customer service call centers with remote troubleshooting. With features focused on removing as many potential obstacles to video sharing as possible, Agent On-Hand improves the remote troubleshooting experience and reduces the need to send a technician to the customer’s location.

Set-up is simple. With just a couple of clicks, an agent can invite their customer via SMS to start sharing video. There is no software to install – there is no app or plug-in to download, everything is browser based. The customer simply clicks the link and starts sharing their video.
