It's amazing how a small change in wording can completely transform a message! At my gym, the old sign used to simply instruct: "Re-rack your weights." Clear? Yes. Impactful? Meh. But the updated version? It hits different: "Don't be weak, re-rack your weights." What was once an order is now a challenge. It doesn’t just tell you what to do - it calls you out, pushes you to rise to the occasion.
