👥 Meeting a customer in person for the first time is often accompanied by thrill and excitement. Traveling to our first customers and also to the most prestigious golf courses in Italy, therefore, made us sweat a little. 🔎 Would we be able to fulfill all expectations? ♻ In Menaggio, a complex soil was transformed into the easiest to cultivate after just one year of application. We are very happy to have found a customer in Roberto Putzolu. There is a high level of trust in the quality of our product, which is emphasised by his knowledge of biological solutions. The greatest transformation was observed in Monticello wich is known as one of the most prestigious courses in that area. The grass became robust und powerfull after one year usage of Alganize wich did not excite only us. One highlight was the visit to the UNESCO heritage of Parco Giardino Sigurtà. In exchange with the director Paolo Barbieri, we identified a great need for soil revitalization. Alganize has shown to have a preventive effect on soil degeneration and therefore strengthen the immune system of the soil, resulting in a perfect tulip appearance. 🎖 Overall, we had the opportunity to collect results at the Golfclub Eppan, A.S.D. MENAGGIO E CADENABBIA GOLF CLUB, Monticello Golf Club, GOLF BRIANZA COUNTRY CLUB and Parco Giardino Sigurtà. As one of the few biotech start-ups, we have managed to develop a market-ready product in the first year and generate premium customers from a standing start. The results are more than impressive. #nature #restauration #golf #italy #unesco #algae #microorganism #metabolites #regenerative #keepitalive with - Andrea Sarli, Rüdiger Schmidt

The Library of Celsus, located in the ancient city of Ephesus, is a significant structure built during the Roman Empire. The library was constructed between AD 110-135 in honor of Roman Senator and Governor of the province of Asia, Tiberius Julius Celsus Polemaeanus, by his son, Gaius Julius Aquila. The Library of Celsus served not only as a center of knowledge but also as a monumental tomb. The sarcophagus of Celsus is located in a burial chamber beneath the ground floor of the library. This was quite a rare practice in the Roman era, as it was unusual to have tombs within city buildings. The architecture of the library is highly impressive. The double-story columns and elegant carvings on the façade are among the finest examples of Roman architecture. It is estimated that the library housed approximately 12,000 scrolls. The design of the library was advanced, ensuring the preservation of books by protecting them from moisture; spaces between the walls were used for ventilation and humidity control. The Library of Celsus was one of the important cultural and intellectual centers of the ancient world. Today, it is one of the most visited sites in Ephesus and showcases the architectural and cultural heritage of the ancient world. This structure symbolizes the high level of achievement in science, art, and architecture attained by the Roman Empire. #Efes #ephesus #celsus #Roman #art #library #history

Be careful playing with 🔥. You might accidentally light a fuse. That’s what happened when I said “Hey, Josh Cross, we have some of the most perfect cycling in the world right here, and nobody’s telling that story.” “You want to do a cycling event?,” he asked. “Absolutely not!” (And I absolutely meant it!) And that’s how “America’s 4th-Hardest, Cow-Themed Gravel Ride In A California Wine Region … That’s Not Called Sonoma or Napa” was born. That comment led to a story, which led to some meetings, which led to a mission, which led to a pitch deck, which led to 20 more versions of that pitch deck, which led to lots more meetings, which led to our first sponsor, which led to building a team, which led to lots of community building, which led to a weekend of smiles. Now in its 3rd year, The Bovine Classic is on trend for its biggest year yet with a 20% increase in ridership and selling out once again. If that doesn’t happen, whatevs. I’m not fretting the outcome. As long as we fulfill our business and emotional mission a bit better than last year, our team will be stoked. - Create a world class ride with the best run guest experience around. - Be a platform for local brands to meet visiting gravel cyclists - Connect local ranching community with the endurance cycling community - Support meaningful local charity - Be the reason people bring out the best in themselves and others To date, The Bovine has hosted riders from 15 nationalities, 16 states, and 130 cities. We’ve been lucky AND persistent to attract great partners like: Travel Paso, Visit Atascadero, SRAM, LLC, GU Energy Labs, Firestone Walker, Justin Wines, Cast Management, and many others. Putting my coach hat on for a moment, if you are struggling in getting started or feeling friction in what you want to do, here are a few tips: 1. Build a vision and then work backwards. 2. Tell a good story that YOU believe first. If you don’t believe, nobody else will. 3. Have a mission, stay on mission. 4. Risk won’t kill you. It’ll be uncomfortable, but the growth is worth the sleepless moments. 5. You’re not alone… if you allow yourself to ask for help and collaborate. 5. Stay. Out. Of. The. Result Mindset. Go start some fires. The Bovine Is Coming. ¡Viva Bovine! Bryoncé

THIS IS HOW YOU START FERRATA The history of Via Ferratas did not begin today, we have to go back almost two hundred years, to the first rudimentary "ferratas". For the first time in 1843, a rudimentary road made of iron handrails, rock-carved steps and ropes was built on the Hocher Dachstein by Friedrich Simony! The goal was to reach the mountain more easily. Later in 1869, the Grossglockner followed in a similar manner, followed by the Zugspitze, the Pyrenees and the Dolomites. Today, there are thousands of Via Ferrata routes in the world, mostly in Europe, which also indicates the popularity of this outdoor sport activity. In this article, I summarize the basics of via ferrata, what equipment is needed, how difficult the routes are, and how to prepare for a trip. If you are just starting to Via Ferrata, read this article by all means and share it with others if you can!!!
