This landmark transaction was the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 in nearly two decades and the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 on the Athens Exchange.
