There’s a real sense of momentum building ahead of ZEB Summit 2025, taking place in just 2 weeks! What makes this event so exciting isn’t just the packed programme or the calibre of speakers – it’s the feeling that something bigger is happening. Across Europe and beyond, voices are coming together with a shared purpose: to change how we build, and to do it fast. We’re proud to have a few of our team speaking this year: 🔹 Tomas O'Leary, MD of MosArt, will open an important discussion with “What Do We Mean by Zero? Defining Zero Emission Buildings for a Decisive Decade”. 🔹 Art McCormack is speaking on “The Silent Power of Passive: Low Carbon Office Envelopes That Deliver” – a talk that gets right into the heart of what really drives performance in our buildings. 🔹Eduardo Roque, Ph.D & Dermot Redmond will be presenting some exciting and innovative tools Mosart have developed. 🔹 And Shane Kinsella will be sharing lessons from the field in “Peak Performance Living: What We’ve Learned from Student Housing That Works” – a timely look at how design can actually improve people’s lives. But we’re just as excited to sit in the audience for some of the headline talks: – Diana Urge-Vorsatz (IPCC Vice-Chair) on “Buildings as Carbon Solutions: Turning the Built Environment from Problem to Powerhouse” – Bjørn Kierulf (EcoCocon) on “Beyond Net Zero: How to Scale Climate Positive Construction” – Jeff Endean (Cast Consultancy) on “Designing for Decarbonisation: Welsh Housing’s Pattern Book Revolution” – Ken Levenson (The Passive House Network) on “Cracking the Code: How Passive House Is Gaining Ground in the U.S. Market” – Stephen Garvin (The Scottish Government) on “Passivhaus Equivalent Policy for Scotland" It’s shaping up to be one of those rare days when the right people are in the room – not just talking about change, but making it happen. Workshops hosted by Ecological Building Systems will run throughout the day, offering hands-on learning and space for real exchange.
