Here's a golden cold outreach rule: Do not just "check in". Avoid the "did you have a chance to read my *6* email follow ups above". Throw out of your dictionary the "thoughts?" We're all bombarded with information, tasks, notifications, ads. If anything, out of sheer annoyance we're more likely to hit "archive" on those emails within 3 seconds of receiving them. Craft a subject line and a first sentence that's so on point I feel like you're in my shoes doing my job. You've identified an issue or an opportunity that is so relevant to me *personally* that I'll open that email out of curiosity. Lazy follow ups do more damage than good. Better spend hours (only possible with real research and industry expertise) and craft that golden opener or follow up for your ICP and then hit "send". Better yet, if you have friends/close connections that are your ICP, run it past them and get direct feedback instead of running blind. #salesenablement #coldoutreach #accountexecutives

❌️ Not Interested ❌️ Take me off the list ❌️ Unsubscribe ...If e-mail outreach is part of your day, you know the drill. BUT, deep down, I believe everyone appreciates a well-crafted cold email (as evidenced by the response I got from a potential partner last night seen below.) Let's get back to the basics 🤓 Inboxes are flooded with long and complicated cold emails. I stand out by writing way less. 1. Keep it under 50 words. 2. Limit to 3 sentences. 3. Format like bullet points for clarity. 4. Short and to the point. 5. Make it read like a text message. My outreach stats 🚀 have never been better since I started writing way less. In their eyes: If your e-mail is complicated. Then your product is probably complicated. Make outreach easy to read. I can't stress this enough ✏️ #thebasics #sales #partnerships #outreach

Does cold emailing really help? Cold emails are one of the most powerful tools for opening doors that seem out of reach. A well-crafted cold email can help you land an opportunity that can change your career. ✨ Be Personal: Mention something specific about the person or their work to show you’ve done your homework. ✨ Offer Value: Instead of asking for help, highlight how you can contribute or solve a problem they’re facing. ✨ Keep It Short: Busy people appreciate brevity, make every word count. ✨ Polite Follow-Up: If you don’t hear back, a polite follow-up can make all the difference. You never know one email could change everything. Have you sent a cold email that led to a big break? Let’s hear your story!✨😊 #coldemails #jobs #referrals

Why cold mail / message does not work ? . . . It's mostly because we are not giving all the details in that mail or message. If you are reaching anyone via cold mail or message, you need to ensure that you give all necessary information that is required. Your probabilities of getting replies increases if you have provided all the information. Invest some time to draft a good message with all the relevant details and then send it. Anyways you are putting efforts in reaching out so why not utilise that in a proper way. First impression is the best impression! ---------------------------------------------------- If you are looking for a job and doing cold mail / message, then 2 cents from your friend, bhai, senior jo bhi tum chaho. 1) Mention your preferred domain 2) Preferred locations ( If you have more than one then mention priority wise) Bas duwao me yaad rakhna 🙌 Yours, Sandip Akde #coldmail #coldmessage #2cent

Hot tip for my fellow job seekers: If a recruiter reaches out to you and moves the discussion to email, be sure their email domain matches their supposed company's web domain. They may be smart enough not to use a Gmail account, but they may still be using a fake domain.

Small details matter! Before beginning your job search, make sure your email address sounds professional, your LinkedIn profile picture is up-to-date, and your voicemail greeting is clear and concise. These tiny touches can help you make a great first impression. #JobSearchTips #CareerAdvice

I'm always curious: Do you ever make cold calls or send out cold emails? What do you say or write? What's your response expectation? What do you do when you don't hear back? #coldcalling #coldemail #salesprospecting #lifechanging

Do you want to hit a homerun with your Direct Message? Don't Use these cringe-worthy openers: • "I hope this email finds you well" • "Just touching base" • "I wanted to circle back" • "To whom it may concern" • "Greetings!" Translation? "I couldn't be bothered to think of anything original." People use these. A lot. And then wonder why their open rates are lower than my motivation on a Monday morning. Here's the truth: Your opening line should be like a first date - intriguing enough to make them want more, but not so intense that they block your number. Want to stand out? Try these instead: 1. "I saw your post about X and couldn't resist reaching out" 2. "Your company's recent announcement got me thinking..." 3. "I have a wild idea that might just solve your biggest problem" 4. "I'll bet you $10 you haven't heard this before" 5. "Warning: This email contains shameless flattery and a bold proposal" Remember: The goal is to make them curious, not comatose. So next time you're tempted to use a generic opener, just don't. Unless you enjoy being ignored. Want to learn how to craft messages that actually get responses? Follow my playbook for building relationships and growing your business on LinkedIn: Your network is your net worth. Please don't waste it with lazy communication.
