Glasstec 2024: just over a few months to go! In the previous edition we introduced our latest in matter of lamination, Multiplied, the system that can be combined in multiple modules of 2 meters each, up to oversize machines. On display, there was one model of RD CLEAN CONCEPT too, the patented system for clean edges. Now, visitors expect to see something #new and they will be satisfied, but, by the time being, we will not go deeper in information, thou lamination is still the top of the topics. In addition, do not miss the chance to discover the benefits of one chemical tempering plant too. We limit to say we are working to welcome visitors and we are getting ready to listen to all the ideas and projects we will be submitted about bending, tempering and lamination. 🚀X2F is now a proud member of Driving Vision News (DVN).   Paul-Henri Matha, CEO of DVN, states: "We are happy to have X2F on board. Thanks again to the organizers #AFTPVA for a great event in Avignon last week. ORONTEC GmbH & Co. KG had a pretty busy booth and two presentations, yielding insights into our newest product DELCOR with which we intend to rattle the process of analysing corrosion test panels a bit by being able to reuse the same panels multiple times. This substantial boost in sustainability (less panels necessary, more info attained!) is achieved using thermography instead of the good old "scratch-the-hell-out-of-that-panel" to visualize the corrosion and delamination of the coating. The second presentation demonstrated the possibilities of the MagnoMeter(R) XRS to determine (in)stabilities when mixing paints or intermediates, as well as it's use to measure incoming or outgoing goods. Finally, I had the opportunity to present the Smart Paint Factory Alliance e.V., what we have in mind with this organisation and it's benefits to the digitalization efforts of the Paints & Coatings industry. On all occasions - presentations, coffee breaks, networking event or inbetween sessions - we had tons of good and fruitful discussions on the philosophies behind our measuring devices, process optimization, digitalization and the need to change.
