To keep pace with the evolving hotel industry the Grade II listed building underwent a major refurbishment and expansion project. Our extensive analysis of the hotel's schematics and raft structures enabled our client to build a five-storey basement with a pool and spa facilities – a truly groundbreaking project delivered with minimal disruption to operations.
