Experience stunning views without solar gain, lifts that know you’re waiting, and the freshest, cleanest air at Hong Kong’s newest icon – The Henderson. Our MEP engineers collaborated with Zaha Hadid Architects to deliver this remarkable building for Henderson Land Development Company Limited. The building has been recognized internationally for the team’s use of advanced construction technologies like its digital twin. Project innovations include AI-enabled lifts that respond automatically to user behaviour, and two new patented technologies – a system that continuously monitors and sterilizes air inside the lift cars, and a solar responsive ventilator, which creates an air cushion on the interior curtain wall glazing to combat solar heat gain.
