Startups demand everything from you—emotionally, psychologically, and physically, but when Cem B. reached out to me about a secret new alc-bev platform, he made it irresistible for me to join. The past few weeks have been a whirlwind as we meticulously honed our strategy, transitioned the software from prototype to Beta (launching in just a few days), and successfully secured half of our initial partners. Cem's incredible speed, proficiency, and our team's dedication have produced a beta version that resonates powerfully with anyone we show. Acknowledging the challenges in the digital alc-bev space, we've chosen to build in stealth mode for the next year, to fully bake the product and harden our product market fit. We look forward to unveiling our platform to the world on January 1, 2026. However, despite working closely on our new venture over the last few weeks, it wasn't until just before Christmas that I finally met Cem in person. We spent two intense days with conversation, travel, wine, strategic planning, and laughter. There's no replacement for spending time in person, and our time together deepened the partnership, especially our friendship and commitment to the new adventure ahead. And so we’re off—Here’s to fair winds and following seas.
