🚀News: Hajime Kumabe, CEO of Woven by Toyota, Joins Interstellar Technologies as a Board Member We are pleased to announce that as of January 28, 2025, Mr. Hajime Kumabe, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Representative Director of Woven by Toyota Inc., headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, has been appointed as an external (non-executive) director. On January 7, 2025, Interstellar Technologies and Woven by Toyota, a member of the Toyota Group leading the transformation of mobility, announced an agreement on strategic capital and business alliance. As part of the collaboration, Woven by Toyota invested approximately 7 billion yen as a lead investor by the first close of Series F. Through Mr. Kumabe’s appointment to the board, both companies aim to strengthen corporate governance and accelerate efforts to shift rocket manufacturing from one-off production to low-cost, high-quality, and mass-producible manufacturing.
