It would be nice if Starlink can provide a link to data from stratospheric balloons. Starlink satellites operate in Low Earth Orbit (LEO), and their signals are designed to reach ground-based terminals. Given that stratospheric balloons operate at altitudes significantly below LEO, the signal reach is theoretically possible. Would it add more value to remote sensing and communications from balloons?
