We’re looking for a Provider Relations Representative to serve as a key liaison between the medical provider community and WSI. In this role, you’ll: -Develop and publish educational materials on policies and procedures -Train and coach medical providers and agency staff for performance improvement -Provide recommendations on billing, coding, and fee schedules -Analyze and resolve provider-related quality improvement issues -Maintain provider database information and drive issue resolution Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, healthcare, or a related field and two years of experience in healthcare administration.
