Your dedication inspires us all to strive for excellence and uplift those around us. 🌟Congratulations to our 2025 Women of Achievement Award Winners: Unsung Champion: • Sue Timmerman – Recognized for her nearly 40-year career as an RN, leading condition management and chronic disease support with unwavering care and long-term patient relationships. • Marcie Robbins – Honored for her empathy and dedication as a radiation therapist, bringing humanity to an often-scary treatment process. Up and Coming Leader: • LaMetra Murdock – Celebrated for creating inclusive systems, improving services for unhoused individuals, and transforming local outreach as a director and intercultural trainer. • Danielle Willis – Acknowledged for spearheading nature-based early learning and securing Dubuque’s “Nature Everywhere” status as Director of Early Childhood at Think-March. Achievements in Her Field: • Andrea McDermott – Recognized as the sole Foundry Engineer, elevating local manufacturing and mentoring youth through programs like Foundry in a Box. • Kaytlan Moeller – Honored for leading the Mowing to Monarch initiative, expanding conservation practices that enhance soil health, wildlife, and pollinator education.
