Reminder: the NAMI Adult Connection Recovery Support Group is on Monday, March 3! This is a no-cost, peer-led, in-person support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others in a safe and confidential environment. The groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who have lived experience and are now living in recovery. The group is from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on-site at Windmoor Healthcare.
