Congratulations to Aars AS with the acquisition of Northcom.no! Northcom offers a range of critical communication products and solutions targeting both the public and private sector, with core customer segments including emergency services (police, fire, healthcare), defence, transportation and utilities. The current owner family, Hagen Stomperud, will sell approximately 70 percent of Northcom to the Møller family's investment company Aars and retain approximately 30 percent ownership following the transaction. Wiersholm has had the pleasure of assisting Aars in connection with the transaction with a core transaction team consisting of Ingjerd Røynås, Ragnar Stoknes Hafting and Nora Heiberg.
