Last Wednesdays Women in Construction, a Bay Area SMACNA Mission Partner Professional Development Session "Climbing the Ladder: Navigating Career Paths in Construction" was a success! It was an honor to host Carole Ann J., Stephanie Silkwood, Gloria Lin, and Mike Fisher on our panel during WIC Week. They shared their top strategies and habits that have helped them stay resilient and grow in their roles as leaders in the construction industry.
