𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺? 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆? Recognition isn’t a reward—it’s a necessity. When you thank your team regularly: ✅ Morale improves. ✅ Engagement skyrockets. ✅ They go the extra mile—because they feel valued. So what now..? Find three team members to thank today. Be specific. For example: “I appreciate how you handled that tough table with a smile.” 💡 A thank-you costs nothing. But it changes everything. #TeamRecognition #EmployeeMotivation #LeadershipTips

Ever noticed how in our industry, big wins get all the glory? Team lunches, leadership recognition, the works! But here's a secret to creating lasting impact: recognize those small, everyday victories of your colleagues and subordinates. Imagine this: Your teammate finally tames the wild beast that is Excel, and you shout it out. Or your friend at work cracks the code on that stubborn project issue, and you celebrate with a round of bhajiya/pani puri party. These moments are the true game-changers. 🎉 Not only do you hit your targets and objectives, but you also create a beautiful tapestry of memories and a close-knit circle of friends. It's the small things that build a great team and make work feel like a second home. So, next time someone aces a task or conquers a minor hurdle, be their cheerleader #CelebrateSmallWins #TeamSpirit #WorkLifeBalance #OfficeHumor

Teamwork: a critical step on the path to performance improvement
I help enterprise leaders tap into extraordinary performance and growth by harnessing the resources they already have.🎯🚀
The Power of Teamwork: Investing in High Performance Last week, our team gathered for two days of focused collaboration and growth at the beautiful wine club The Vintage Conservatory. 🍇 We worked on developing new collective behaviours to enhance our effectiveness as a team. We believe that the journey to becoming a high-performing team is continuous. And we must lead by example! We cannot expect our clients to adhere to practices that we do not follow. It demands ongoing investment, dedication to clarity, authenticity, and integrity and a focus on nurturing the five key traits of effective teams: ▶ Direction: A shared vision and clear goals. ▶ Discipline: The ability to execute plans and maintain focus. ▶ Drive: Passion and energy to achieve great things. ▶ Dynamism: The capacity to adapt and innovate in a changing environment. ▶ Collaboration: Willingness to work together and support one another. Excited to continue this journey together and witness the amazing accomplishments we can achieve as a team! 🚀 Thank you Barbara E Weber for leading the way and facilitating. Thank you, team, for embracing your authentic and awesome selves! Rita Loncar, Jon Tatham, Edgar G. Chedrawy, Michael Tatham #teamwork #highperformance #leadership #collaboration #growth

🌟𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🌟 Recognition isn't just a pat on the back—it's the fuel that keeps loyalty alive. When employees feel seen and valued, their dedication soars. But when recognition fades, even the best and most committed team members may start to drift. Don't let loyalty slip away. Take a moment to celebrate achievements, acknowledge efforts, and show your team that their hard work matters. 💼✨ 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞. 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙏𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧: 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝘽𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 🏆 When teams don't take the time to celebrate wins together, they can disconnect and miss opportunities to build stronger relationships. Celebrating success is key to fostering a sense of unity. Moving on to the next challenge is so easy, but pausing to celebrate wins is an important team motivator. In a previous role, we started a tradition of celebrating both small and large wins in our weekly team meeting. This simple recognition brought us closer, improved morale, and created a stronger camaraderie within the group. Celebrating wins together strengthens bonds and builds a more unified team. Acknowledging and celebrating successes as a group reinforces the idea that everyone’s contribution matters, creating stronger connections. 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢? I’ve prioritized celebrating wins, big or small, as a team, which has significantly strengthened our bonds and created a more positive work environment. Hi! 👋 I'm Elizabeth. Are you taking the time to celebrate your team's wins? As high achievers, it's easy to get caught up in the "What's next?" mindset. We set ambitious goals, reach them, and immediately shift our focus to the next target. But taking a moment to celebrate the journey is crucial—not just for you, but for your team. Recognition and appreciation are powerful motivators that create an environment where everyone feels valued. Make celebration part of your culture. Recognize your team’s progress, no matter how small the win. https://hubs.li/Q02SnW780 #CelebrateWins #SalesLeadership #TeamAppreciation #GrowthMindset

#CHEER for others, #CHANGE the world! Did you know that 86% of people feel more encouraged when they receive applause? It's not just about recognition, it's about building a culture of support. Here's a nugget for you - clapping isn't just a gesture, it's a powerful tool. A tool that can foster a strong sense of community, boost morale, and stimulate productivity. Sounds crazy, right? But just imagine a world where we all cheer each other on, where every achievement is celebrated, no matter how small. It's a world where everyone feels valued and motivated to do more, give more. Here's how you can start: 1. **Celebrate Wins, Big or Small:** Don't wait for a huge victory. Make it a habit to celebrate every milestone. 2. **Make it Public:** A public recognition builds a sense of belonging, and it's contagious! 3. **Be Genuine:** Genuine applause resonates more. Be sincere in your praise. 4. **Keep it Regular:** Regular appreciation creates a positive loop of motivation and productivity. So, how often do you applaud your colleagues' achievements? Repost ♻️ if you find it useful. Follow me, Marty Samples for more leadership insights like these! Lead differently! Beat yesterday!
