We’ve always been pretty adamant that this was never our story. It’s yours — the organizations leading transformative hiring change around the globe. We’re just the ones lucky enough to be holding the pen. Everyday, we’re blown away by something one of our clients does: Millions of dollars saved. Millions of hours rerouted into more valuable work. World class candidate experiences. Genuinely happy and fulfilled recruiting teams. Getting the “people thing” right. And we’re so grateful to not only be your partner as your stories unfold, but to be able to retell them to the world. To hold the pen. This is our new journal. All these amazing stories needed a fitting home, one that hopefully allows fellow talent professionals to easily access and enjoy them. And learn from them. One day we hope to tell their story, too. Check out case studies and stories from our clients here. 👇

The Hidden Cost of Tech's Diversity Retreat - And Why It Matters More Than You Think Something troubling has been happening in the tech world, and it's not just another round of layoffs or AI breakthroughs. As a futures researcher, I've been tracking a pattern through 2024 that spells trouble for innovation - and your company's future competitiveness. Consider this: Recent University of Washington research revealed AI resume screening systems showing an 85% preference for white-associated names. This isn't just another DEI statistic - it's a warning sign of blind spots being built into our digital future. But here's what fascinates me: the solution might be found in an unexpected parallel that offers surprising insights for businesses navigating this critical moment. Current business and cultural landscapes are no longer the same, and it might be time to get out of that echo chamber. Whether you need a quick Future Boost session to brainstorm possibilities, a half-day workshop to align your team's vision, or a keynote speaker to energize your organization's thinking about tomorrow's challenges, let's explore how your organization can evolve to meet the challenges of tomorrow's mindsets. Lately, I’ve been receiving an unusual number of requests for employment recommendations, both from hiring managers evaluating former colleagues and professionals seeking new opportunities—a task that I truly enjoy! This trend has inspired me to emphasize the importance of consistently managing your network and upholding professional values. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind and accidentally damage a long-standing good reputation. The essence of professional excellence lies in upholding good values, and that never goes out of style. A morning smile, an act of kindness, collaboration, respect, and a positive attitude often hold more weight than technical skills alone. Many tech leaders today believe that while AI’s capabilities are impressive, it’s the human touch and soft skills where the gap resides, and we truly excel. In the end, it’s our relationships and integrity that define our professional journey. Let’s continue to nurture our connections and live by our values, ensuring that we not only achieve success but also inspire those around us to do the same.
