For two days, we brought the whole team—including our off-duty Swap & Go attendants—to the beach for a mix of strategy, competition, and celebration. 🏆 Day 1: Our core team tackled bold ideas on how to expand energy access across Sub-Saharan Africa. By evening, we traded big thinking for big tunes with karaoke under the stars. 🌊 Day 2: Fuelled by a buffet breakfast, we hit the sand for team challenges—because nothing builds camaraderie like a little friendly competition (and the ultimate bragging rights).
