We enjoyed some brilliant panels and discussions at the Workspace Design Show London, here are three key takeaways as we look ahead to the future of workspace design: 🌟 Human-centred design is key to creating a meaningful environment that people want to go back to the office for. By listening to employee needs and using data to define a strategy, designers can create effective and inclusive spaces that encourage interaction and collaboration but also provide choice and flexibility for how people want to work rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. 🌟 The UK's workforce is rapidly growing and ageing. Organisations have a responsibility to provide inclusive working environments that support different needs across a multi-generational workforce. 🌟 How can we harness AI as a powerful tool to help optimise workspaces and challenge our way of thinking? Defining the desired outcome and knowing how to measure results and success are key to this process. We are interested to see how our workspaces continue to evolve going forwards... #WorkplaceDesign
