As the company prepares to enter its 101st year of business, Waukesha-Pearce Industries, LLC (WPI) and the Pearce Industries, Inc. Board of Directors are pleased to announce two executive appointments. Effective April 1, 2025, Lloyd R. French IV and Louis M. Pearce IV will become Co-Chief Executive Officers of WPI. Upon these appointments, Louis M. Pearce III will transition from the role of Chief Executive Officer of WPI to Chairman of The Board of Pearce Industries, Inc. Throughout the past six decades, Louis has been a driving force behind the success and growth of the organization. We are grateful for his guidance and the lasting impact he has had on the company. Since becoming Division Presidents, both Lloyd and Louis have helped drive our business expansion and we are confident that the company will continue to prosper and evolve under their leadership. We reflect on our 100th year of business with gratitude. The company continued to see growth, not only in the legacy business, but also through our strategic acquisitions which serve as key blocks in each division’s foundational plan.
