Hi, my name is Kanisha Banker and I'm a Global HR Business Partner in Voice, which is our Vodafone Intelligence Solutions organization and I'm based in the UK. I started out as a diversity and inclusion intern in Vodafone in early 2018. After that, I progressed as an HR Discover graduate. As part of the graduate scheme, I led on talent management, learning and development programs within Vodafone Business. I then supported the acquisition of Liberty. Global in some of our key European markets. And finally, I digitalized the onboarding experience globally with the shift to remote given the effects of COVID-19. After completing the graduate scheme, my professional life came a full circle as I then went back into youth, but this time I went back as a youth attraction and recruitment lead. So as part of this role I was leading on the development of our youth attraction strategy as well as execution. So that means recruiting youth into Vodafone on their graduate apprenticeship and internship programs. Vodafone has always encouraged its talent to grow, to develop. Those skills and try new roles as part of that. I decided that after having gained all of these different wider HR skills that I gained through the centers of excellence, I decided that I wanted to translate it into action as an HR business partner. So for my next role, I became an I am a global HR business partner in Vodafone Intelligence Solutions, the voice organization within Vodafone. So I have been. Invoice, for the last two years and as part of my experience there, I have driven the implementation of both global as well as local policies, processes and systems within the business areas that I work for and that I support and partner with, particularly the commercial and go to market areas. I have developed a lot in the last 6 1/2 years that I have been with Vodafone through all of these different programs and through all of these different roles. I have been able to do and I look forward to continue to grow and expand my professional horizon within this company.
First you need trained people in psychology to develop people, not economy on HR. An disfunctional exported model also in other countries. You cannot recruit or develop people with 2 weeks courses or contability training.
