What's your corporate policy on employee racist behavior outside the office?
I have been trying to cancel my account for 6 months. You are still billing me despite me doing everything asked to cancel. I’ve been on hold to “speak to a supervisor” for an hour. I get the feeling I’m just being jerked around so I hang up and don’t resolve this. Shame on you and your shady practices. I’ll be releasing a very detailed post of my experience across all my social accounts shortly.
Your customer support is awful. Maybe spend less time at Silicon Slopes and more time fixing your absolutely atrocious customer service.
