Quality isn't just what we do - it's who we are! 💪 Our European Customer Quality team wrapped a productive workshop that's laying the groundwork for major improvements. They identified key opportunities for a more customer-centered E2E approach that will elevate our excellence standards. The team outlined strategies to break down silos between plant, supplier, and global teams— building collaboration that makes quality everyone's business. One of the biggest breakthroughs was enhancing our quality investigations to be both faster and more effective by empowering ownership across departments and strengthening connections to project teams. They also aligned quality scorecards so everyone speaks the same language. Simple changes that will deliver powerful results for our partners. The highlight was an amazing (but confidential, sorry!) production line tour that left us inspired and thankful to our incredible plant leadership in Palmela for this eye-opening experience! 🙌
