Day 8: 14 Days Left – Putting AWS Knowledge into Practice Today, I took a step back from learning new material and focused on applying what I've learned. Instead of just going through more lectures, I spent the day revising concepts and deploying multiple AWS services. It's important to practice things, it can solidify understanding! Fun Fact: While setting up these services, I realized how they all connect and support each other. For example, Lambda with S3 can trigger functions upon file uploads, and deploying containers with ECS makes scaling applications so much easier!

Day 11! AWS 30 days of POC Challenge is here, and we're stepping up our game with 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭! 🚀🔍 🌟 Challenge: Yesterday, we delved into the intricacies of AWS SQS, paving the way for resilient, decoupled systems within our applications. 💡 Solution: Today, we're accelerating content delivery with Amazon CloudFront, enhancing user experience and scalability. 🛠️ Implementation Steps: • Prepare Content: We set up our sample JPEG image in an S3 bucket, making sure it's easily accessible to everyone. • Navigate CloudFront: Excitedly, we headed to the CloudFront console, ready to fine-tune our web distribution for top-notch performance. • Create Web Distribution: Using our S3 bucket as the starting point, we kicked off the setup of our CloudFront distribution to make content delivery super efficient. • Test Speed: The big moment arrived! We put CloudFront through its paces, checking how quickly it retrieves and delivers content. Spoiler: it's lightning-fast! • Disable and Delete: Taking proactive steps, we said goodbye to our distribution, avoiding any unnecessary charges and keeping our AWS setup neat and tidy. • Clean Up Resources: Wrapping things up, we removed our sample file from the S3 bucket, ensuring we don't get charged for anything we're not using. 🌟 Benefits: • Enhanced Performance: CloudFront's global content delivery network ensures speedy delivery of content to users worldwide. • Scalability: Seamlessly scale to accommodate fluctuating traffic demands with CloudFront's flexible infrastructure. • Cost Efficiency: Pay only for the resources you use, with no upfront costs or long-term commitments. 🌐 Next Steps: Stay tuned as we continue to explore advanced features of AWS services, optimizing our infrastructure for peak performance and reliability!
