Congratulations to Vermont Adaptive's Executive Director Erin Polhemus Fernandez, who is one of four leaders being recognzied in Nextstar's Remarkable Women 2025 from more than 100 nominations across Vermont, New Hampshire and New York. Remarkable Women is a nationwide initiative to honor the influence that women have had on public policy, social progress, and the quality of life, and celebrates local women that inspire, lead, and forge the way for other women.
