At Van Caem Klerks Group, we believe in working hard, building connections, and having fun along the way. 🚀 Our strength comes from the diversity of our global team and the way we collaborate to make things happen. But it’s not just about work—getting to know your colleagues outside the office is just as important. That’s why we look forward to our VrijMiBo (Friday drinks) at our very own bar. It’s the perfect chance to relax, share a laugh, and enjoy some quality time together after a busy week. Because at the end of the day, it’s these shared moments that truly matter. 🙌

As some of you have already noticed, some name changes have been made within all the online listings of our office. From now on we will refer to the office in Antwerp as the ‘Support Office’ instead of the ‘HQ / Headquarters’. We believe this fits much more accurately with the reason why the Support Office exists. Hawaiian is not only a healthy fast food chain, we are a customer centric healthy fast food chain. This customer centrism consists of 2 types. 1. The guests are the customers of the Restaurants. 2. The Restaurants are the customers of the Support Office. With this name change, among other initiatives, we believe we will be able to achieve our mission together with even more alignment and teamwork. 🤝

Why should you consider booking a Team Building Etiquette Brunch? Enjoying a meal together in a relaxed setting promotes fellowship, helping team members connect personally and enhancing overall team dynamics. It provides an opportunity to learn and practice social and professional etiquette in a real-world context, which can be beneficial for client meetings and professional networking. Brunch is a casual and enjoyable setting, which can uplift spirits and boost morale, creating a positive and engaging team culture. It encourages open communication and interaction, allowing team members to share ideas and perspectives in an informal environment. Incorporating activities or discussions around etiquette can engage team members in a unique and interactive way, making the team-building experience more memorable and impactful. Yesterday was fun, having brunch at The Wolseley Hospitality Group, and learning about Drinks Etiquette. #teambuilding #hospitality #corporate #motivation #businessmeeting #brunch

🌟 Curious about what your team is doing for lunch? I’ve got a great idea! 🌟 Why not try a fun and inclusive team bonding activity? Have everyone write down a restaurant they'd like to try on a piece of paper and toss all the suggestions into a hat. Draw one at random, and voilà—that’s where the team is headed for lunch! 🍽️ It’s a fantastic way to foster a culture of Diversity and Inclusion within your team. Not only does this add a bit of excitement to the day, but it also ensures that everyone’s voice is heard and valued. The best part is that this isn’t a one-time deal! You can revisit and select from the other options in future team opportunities.

🧑💼👩💼 New employees, new opportunities! 🍰 Every new colleague brings a breath of fresh air and new perspectives to the company and team. It’s nice to see how small gestures can have a positive impact on the office atmosphere. For a few weeks now, we can enjoy the baking skills of a new employee 🍪 🍰 and we are very thankful for this. Each of us contributes to the culture and atmosphere. A small reminder to us: You can make a positive contribution to the atmosphere with small, kind gestures. You don't even need a homemade cake – it can be simple as bringing a colleague a coffee or lunch, a few sweets for the team or just encouraging or cheering words. These little things create a friendly, welcoming environment in which everyone can feel comfortable. Together, we create a workplace that is characterized by respect and appreciation. And even if there might be some stressful days - they will feel easier if you know that you have a positive, good relationship with your colleagues and that you are valued in your workplace. 🔆 🤗 A big thank you to all colleagues who make the difference with such gestures and appreciative words! #Telio #TeamSpirit #Appreciation #WorkCulture #NewPerspectives #SmallGesturesBigImpact #MakeADifference #Motivation

Happy New Week Lovelies😊 In all you do this week make it a point of duty to maintain a cooperative environment. **Cooperative Environment: ** simply means creating a positive atmosphere where teamwork thrives. Some tips to help you foster a cooperative environment where ever you find yourself are as follows: **Encourage Open Communication**: Create channels (like regular meetings or a messaging platform) where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas, concerns, and feedback. **Promote Team Building Activities**: Organize team-building exercises or social events outside of work to strengthen relationships and build trust among team members. **Recognize and Appreciate**: Acknowledge individual and team achievements openly. A simple thank-you or shout-out can go a long way in boosting morale. **Set Clear Goals and Roles**: Ensure everyone understands their role in the team and how their work contributes to the overall goals of the organization. **Lead by Example**: Demonstrate cooperative behavior yourself. Show respect, listen actively, and be willing to collaborate with others. **Create a Supportive Environment**: Be approachable as a leader and encourage a culture where asking for help is seen as a sign of strength, not weakness. **Resolve Conflicts Constructively**: Address conflicts promptly and fairly, encouraging open dialogue and focusing on finding solutions rather than assigning blame. **Celebrate Diversity**: Embrace and celebrate the diversity of perspectives and backgrounds within your team. Different viewpoints can lead to more innovative solutions. **Provide Opportunities for Development**: Support professional growth by offering training opportunities or mentoring programs that help individuals enhance their skills and contribute more effectively to the team. **Regularly Solicit Feedback**: Continuously seek input from your team on how to improve collaboration and the work environment. Their insights are invaluable for making positive changes. By focusing on these tips, you'll create an environment where cooperation flourishes, leading to happier employees and more successful outcomes. Early in my career, my boss introduced the concept of team 'advances' instead of team 'retreats,' a notion that has stuck with me over the years. Recently, during tartanbond's senior team 'advance,' I gleaned valuable insights on maximizing our time together: ✨ Opt for a location close to nature to foster meaningful interactions. Our daily hikes sparked some of our most productive conversations. ✨ Incorporate dogs into the experience; their presence can help break up the day and significantly reduce stress levels. ✨ Maintain a focused agenda while allowing flexibility for in-depth discussions on challenging topics. Avoid rushing from one agenda item to the next. ✨ Establish deadlines for delivering on commitments and schedule follow-up reviews. Continuous progress throughout the year ensures that valuable ideas and momentum are not lost. ✨ Carefully select overnight accommodations and meeting spaces to provide individuals with personal space for relaxation. Our choice of four cabins at Mayne Island's Blue Vista Resort offered everyone private rooms, the option to switch between cabins when meeting for a change of scenery, and immediate access to nature. ✨ Infuse elements of fun and exploration into the agenda. Whether discovering a local coffee pop-up, indulging in pastries at the bakery, unwinding at the pub, or enjoying a tasting at the nearby brewery, these activities enhanced our team bonding. #rockstarteam
