Over the past five years, my professional journey at ValueMomentum has evolved significantly, transitioning from managing complex delivery engagements to driving strategic client relationships. Leading 50+ associates across Dev, QA, and AMS engagements, I've been able to make a tangible impact on our clients' business.   The shift to offshore-driven projects presented unique challenges in building strong rapport with clients virtually. However, I've learned the importance of prioritizing frequent, meaningful connections, and consistently delivering high-quality work to build trust and achieve remarkable project outcomes. ValueMomentum’s commitment to fostering employee growth is evident in its learning programs and diverse career opportunities. I've derived great value by participating in in-house Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) particularly focused on customer centricity and delivery excellence.
