BNSF announced a new development that will be a master-planned logistics hub that will accommodate the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods and materials in Phoenix, Arizona. 🚂 This proposal will be approximately 4,321 acres in the northwest Maricopa Coutny! The Three Distinct Components: 1. Intermodal Facility - around 1,770 acres that will serve as a transfer hub for trailers and containers. 📈 2. A logistics Park - 1,420 acres of state of the art warehouse and distribution facilities.✅ 3. Logistics Center - 1,131 acres which will provide direct-rail-served sites supporting local industries.♾️ This proposal and development will be very exciting to watch grow!
