Love the words, but where was this energy when Russian and Belarusian women athletes were banned from competing — not for cheating, but for their nationality? 👏 celebrating what our amazing bodies can do, not what they look like. Seeing that all body types and shapes are amazing and can do different sports. Growing in strength and skill. Understanding and researching our bodies. The mental and physical benefits of sports are immense.
