Act now for California’s Senate Bill 1347 (Becker)! SB 1374 is set to make solar energy more accessible for schools, apartment buildings, and businesses by allowing these multi-meter properties to consume the solar energy they generate on-site. SB 1374 restores the financial incentives for solar installations previously slashed by the California Public Utilities Commission, making it challenging for multi-meter customers to fully utilize their solar power. Help us make rooftop solar accessible and affordable for everyone by filling out this Google form or visiting the links below to voice your support for SB 1374. Together, we can make rooftop solar accessible and affordable for everyone, powering a brighter, greener tomorrow. This is compelling, real-world evidence of renewables meeting the actual demand of a regional grid consistently and reliably.

Very consistent, day in and day out. Make that 91 days out of 102 with >100% WWS Sun, June 16, California's main grid: 9.7 h of >100% Wind-Water-Solar Peak at 140.4% of demand Solar alone peaked at 104.2% of demand 76% of the 24-h demand was WWS

California runs their solar off Chinese made solar panel, manufactured by slave labor. Here are sources: https://lnkd.in/eZzmBBQw https://lnkd.in/g69vsfcX https://lnkd.in/gpvbS_ym The hypocrisy of “clean energy” that promotes slave labor…is a stark contradiction that undermines ethical goals of a sustainable environment.

It's a bright, bright sunshiny day (Sat 5/11). So sunshiny, solar alone exceeded 100% of California's demand for a period and Wind-Water-Solar exceeded demand for 8.25 h, peaking at 133% of demand. This was the 28th day straight and 57th of last 65 that WWS has exceeded demand for 0.25-9.9 h.

Hey, Florida! Your massive plan to cover over 1200 square miles of FL land with solar farms might change now that Trump has been briefed on solar….not only how it gives Floridians LESS electrification but also at a very high cost!! Floridians over the last five years has had unnecessary huge increases to their power bills and more due to the solar farm proliferation (exorbitant cap ex underwritten by rate/taxpayers) by regulated utilities to pad their pockets by asset churn on stuff that works only part time and takes so much of our land! Nextera (FPL), Duke Energy and TECO, your days of gouging us are coming to an end! There’s a national emergency on lack of electrification due to costly wind and solar projects!Profits over people will not be tolerated! If you want a monopoly for service areas, then you must serve your ratepayers with low cost abundant traditional baseload power! 💕😳Thank you darling… you are having a huge impact!!!

Grid, grid, grid was what we heard at virtually every fringe event, and that was as much from organisations looking to decarbonise as well as those in energy supply. It's perhaps the most important challenge we face but can it ever break out from being a niche industry topic?
At last week’s Labour Party conference, one issue dominated: the UK's grid capacity crisis. As renewable energy projects surge, the UK’s outdated energy grid can't keep up—delaying progress on clean energy targets and business decarbonisation goals. With today’s launch of the National Energy System Operator (NESO), BIG’s Head of Public Affairs Fraser Paterson has shared his thoughts with Energy Voice on the challenge that requires policy innovation and active engagement with political decision-makers. ⚡️ Read the article here: https://bit.ly/3XPZd7G
