I am still a Fresher Graphic Designer. I have strong knowledge of Software but I don't have a job because I am a fresher. I am still looking a job for graphic design. Why companies do not hire freshers? The reason is that freshers do not have discipline and do not complete their task on time. The company wants faster delivery and freshers do not take any profit to the company and do not solve any problems, due to this reason freshers get less jobs. If they hire people with more experience, it is not the company's fault.But I need to get an experience from any company. #GraphicDesign

Hiring Alert ! Graphic Designer and Web Developers !. Many companies are posting for internships and jobs for designers and developers. Freshers go to apply for these posts. Freshers travel there. Companies make them wait for half hour. There is no HR and no senior of your relevant feild. Then ask you to give demo which is in reality their client work and then after demo told you that they will call you but they never call you and if you call them for asking, they reject . How to know if a company is Scam ? You can only know if the company is scam or not by many ways. 1. They don't interview you. 2. They directly ask for demo. 3. Your shared portfolio is your proven work. Even Upwork and Fiver like companies have policies that your uploaded portfolio is you proven work. How to give demo ? If you have to give demo, never ever save a file for company. Always export images, render videos or for developers show them running task and delete the code file in VS Code. Areas of most Scam Companies ! Majority of companies in Lahore are in Johar Town G1 phase, Gulberg Malls, Model Town, Barkat Market and Garden Town. Share these info to many people as possible to save yourself and others from scammers. Help narrow down these scammer areas in Lahore.
