I think I'm always interested in we see such variety of people founding MJ's or going into the producer. Well, is there an ideal background to do that? Should you come from the industry you you're trying to sell to? Should you come from an insurance background? What's necessary to be successful? Do you want to say something controversial here? Yeah, let's get some hate mail going. This would be the clip. This is not going to be aired. I don't think we're going to pull. We're going to pull this part out. One piece will be yeah. Can you hear recorded double time. I wanna record it twice. I'm recording the screen. I know for a fact all all of you sitting here right now have heard stories of and Peter, you talked about this, how people have a great idea and usually what is it depends who we're talking about. We can either talk about the insure tech, the niche insure tech bro type person who's very technical, or we can talk about the insurance type of person who's very insurance minded, who knows the distribution channel, who has this idea to solve a problem. In a very specific line of business, there's those two types of mindsets. And I can tell you if you don't understand the insurance industry and you don't understand the distribution channel and how it works and understand that this is a relationship driven business model. All the tech in the world. You can develop the most amazing back end AI tech platform that streamlines claims management and Clintons and streamlines risk management and all this other fancy stuff. But if you don't know how to get that product out to market, you don't know how to build deep meaningful. Relationships with your retail insurance agency partners. Teach them how to sell, give them the tools that they need to be successful. That's gonna differentiate you from everybody else. The problem is, if you don't know how it works and if you don't have relationships already in the industry, it's really hard to break into it.
