Thank you from Trilogy for a GREAT year! As 2024 draws to a close, we are reflecting on a year of meaningful growth made possible by TRILOGY’s supporters, advocates, and our dedicated team. We wanted to share just a few of the many highlights of the year. In 2024, Trilogy: -> Made huge strides toward increasing access to mental healthcare in South Side communities through our Chatham Wellness Hub at 8541 S. State, where we have ALREADY launched a drop-in center, therapy and services for children and youth. Our supporters are #BreakingDownWalls for mental health, and we’re looking forward to fully opening in 2025 after the renovation is complete! -> Increased access to supportive housing by starting a new housing site in Hyde Park for Illinois class members, supporting people to live as independently as possible in their community; and we welcomed the Pathways program in Uptown to Trilogy, preserving critical supportive housing stock for people in mental health recovery. -> Launched a peer-led Community Outreach and Recovery Support (CORS) program to save lives by actively engaging people living with opioid use disorder/substance use disorder in recovery. ->Hosted our most successful gala in history. We presented our Partner in Recovery Award to Senator Elgie Sims Jr. featuring keynote remarks by Chicago’s Urban Historian S. Dilla Thomas. -> Began expanding critical services on the far Northwest side of the city to meet growing need for services. -> Launched free mental health awareness trainings to community groups, corporations and any groups looking to grow their skills. -> Was welcomed into the State of Illinois’ Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) demonstration program, which will further increase access to care in the community and expand and strengthen our linkages even further in our North Side service area. We’re grateful to our supporters, our board of directors, and our team for an incredibly impactful 2024! THANK YOU to everyone who supported our mission to enable people in mental health recovery to build meaningful and independent lives through comprehensive and integrated care. We’re on to great things in 2025. Will you join us? #MentalHealth #MentalHealthcareisHealthcare #BreakingDownWalls #SouthSide #NorthSide #CCBHC #OpenAccess
