WE'RE HIRING FUND RAISING MANAGER! 🙌 If you have strong leadership and managerial skill with extensive experience in fundraising, partnership, or marketing communication strategy, this position might suitable for you. This position is with an environmental-community development non-profit foundation with local Indonesian field operations with fund raising in both local and international markets. The organization is growing quickly and presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and develop with the foundation. Responsibilities : - Develop and execute a fund raising/marketing plan for the organization - Work together with management to develop an Organization Profile and messaging - Work with management to develop sales programs and policies - Supervise a team of communications and content creation professionals - Direct digital marketing team and strategy development - Oversee creation of marketing and sales materials - Oversee social media marketing program - Oversee website content management - Oversee customer communications - Organizing marketing activities, promotions - Engage with major donors and CSR project sponsors - Sales / fundraising forecasting and analysis - Engage other organizations/NGOs within the community - Marketing/sales budget management Requirements : - Fluent spoken and written English is required - Education in Marketing or related discipline - Marketing management experience is required - Experience in digital marketing is required - Excellent business communication skills are required - Sales experience is a plus - 3 years working experience in marketing communication, fundraising, or partnership Our office is located in Semarang. A Fundraising Manager will work on-site in Semarang with possibility to work travel outside the city and to remote areas.
