Strongly disagree. Looking “outside the box”(mainly pillbox in this case)…identifying underlying causes (which BTW has already been done, proven & made use of by some of the best & brightest physicians, engineers, etc )…followed by researching (reading - listening - interacting - experimenting - proving) / searching for “Best Solutions” (based on simple Risk Assessment guidelines - likelihood and severity of each potential risk (an ongoing chore); Cost (initial & ongoing); Availability; Comfort level (& willingness to move beyond our initial comfort level); & ultimately seeing (measurable) results / outcomes.
