The Town of Queen Creek has proposed a 15% increase in water rates, which equates to $3-$6 per month for most residential customers, to continue to ensure safe, reliable, high-quality water for today and into the future. If approved, the new rates will be effective June 6, 2025 with rates reflected on water bills beginning with the July 29 billing cycle. Did you know? If you pay property taxes, you may see an Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District (CAGRD) fee on your annual tax bill. This fee is required to help replenish groundwater. Depending on when your subdivision was developed, the Town may cover some or all of the costs, saving you more than the proposed 15% increase. You can estimate your proposed monthly water bill, and see if you have CAGRD savings, using the online calculator. To learn more please visit https://lnkd.in/g28YfwZc
