The article mentions cost savings mostly (70%) from avoiding acute events with a base line of $3000 pmpm. Would be interesting to know how the $3000 is allocated across: consults, labs, medications, etc. Any attempt to address the cost of specialty oncology medications? Also, would be good to see some outcomes measures as well.
