3/8 Ever wonder how people like Alex hormozi or Grant Cardone make over 80 posts per month? For reference, at one point we were posting over 2,000 videos a month for clients... It requires a lot of moving parts So after getting over 300 million organic views last year online here are the team members that made it possible! What team? Director, Writer and Editor. We suggest aiming for 1 YouTube length video per week (about 10 mins) or every 2 weeks. You will need 2-3 people full time in house to make competitive quality YouTube videos and the short form videos as well. 1 YouTube length video per week allows you to focus on compounded growth over time as long as you can maintain quality. For personal brands this is the best content cadence. For short form we suggest aiming for 3 shorts per week. Always post from a personal account because they usually get more reach on every platform. The roles are written as captivating job description so you have a good idea of what they will be doing for you. If you want to go more in depth on how to hire I built out an entire program for that in our Hiring Funnel https://lnkd.in/entVJpyt. When it comes down to it, you should hire your media director first and your media director should be the one who is able to manage the writer and editor. Think about what Sam Gaudet is to Dan Martell, D-Rock is for Gary Vee, or Caleb Ralston is for Alex Hormozi. A good director can train up a mediocre writer and editor, but a bad director is useless, even with the best writer and the best editor. Your director should be someone you enjoy being around with because they will be spending a lot of time around you filming content, doing vlog style videos, leading and putting together a plan for all the media for the business. They should also have a very good understanding of marketing. Director $50k-$170k This is your right hand person who may be your personal videographer. Writer $40k-$80k We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and intuitive video writer, specializing in YouTube Long Form, to join our growing creative team. This role is responsible for writing our companies YouTube videos. Must understand the best practices of hooks, script structure, and research to write top tier YouTube scripts week after week. Sub contracted roles Thumbnail designer, I would usually find someone else to do it from somewhere like: ytjobs.co or upwork.com and test a lot of them that match your branding standards and colors. You can expect to pay $50-$100 for a thumbnail but I know people that pay in the thousands for a thumbnail pack to test. Hook testing, post the first 30 seconds of the video and test out different variations on facebook ads. Spend $100 on each variation and see which one has the highest number of clicks. The click should lead to a subscribe link on youtube. Editor, make sure your director can work with them and maybe even train them up to tell a story.

I remember when I landed a full blown company feature at Forbes, years ago, about my previous employer. I was all over the place! We even got leads that ended up becoming clients from this piece. The funny thing is that the structure of the PR pitch I used back then to contact the journalist is the same I still use nowadays. Sometimes we just overcomplicate ourselves, there's no need to reinvent the wheel The structure of the pitch is simple: Catchy Headline + Scenario/Context + Problem + Solution + Resources Catchy headline: Give away part of the story but save the best for when they open your email Scenario/Context: Don't assume the writer knows what you're speaking about. Share some context. For example, in this case, the scenario was something like: 80% of companies still rely on annual performance reviews Problem: What's broken and why should the writer care about it RIGHT NOW. Create urgency and make sure your story is timely. In this case was something like: Recent research shows that 60% of employees hate them and its a big reason for feeling demotivated in the workplace Solution: If you're going for a company feature, make sure you're the solution to the problem! Yes, to the problem, your features part of it but not the center of the story! Resources: Besides of speaking to you, what/who else can the writer use to build this story? Now go and pitch away! #PR #Publicrelations #PRTips

Ever wondered how much expertise is untapped in your company? 🤔 Believe me, blog posts and case studies (and customer stories) hit different when they're infused with insights from those folks in your org who work behind the scenes (and close to customers). But let's be real — you're working with limited time and resources. Here's a solution: Bring on freelancers trained in journalistic interviewing. 🕵️♀️ They can tap into your experts' wisdom and spin it into compelling narratives for your blogs, case studies, and customer stories. Then, atomize them into snackable social media bites. If this sounds helpful, let's chat. You bring the experts, I'll bring the questions (and the notebook). 📝 #contentmanager #productmarketing #contentmarketing #growthmarketing

It can be unrelenting—the flood of messages, updates, and alerts competing for our attention every day. For employees, it’s a constant challenge to sift through the noise and find what’s truly important. According to a recent PoliteMail survey, 43% of internal communication professionals rank solving information overload as a top priority for 2025. Why? Overwhelmed employees often miss critical updates, and a lack of personalization can lead to disengagement. The key question: How can we communicate effectively without contributing to the clutter? Here are a few ideas: ✅ Prioritize personalization—tailored messages feel relevant, not redundant. ✅ Simplify your channels—reduce overlap and make it easy to find key information. ✅ Focus on clarity—cut the fluff, and get to the point. #InternalCommunication #Copybrighters #B2BWriting #Ghostwriting
