Big congratulations to Sergey Kovalskiy, our March Monthly Guru at Thorgate! Since his last recognition in June, Sergey has continued to grow, navigate challenges, and show up for the team in meaningful ways. This time, someone even called him “TGD’s designated driver”, and we love that metaphor. Sergey brings steady energy, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to see the good even in tricky situations.
