🍌🍎 From repurposing fruit and veggie peelings into pickles and crispy toppers, to transforming not-so-perfect fruit into delicious preserves and purées - we're finding creative ways to minimise waste and maximise flavour!
🌿🥖 Not forgetting about the often-overlooked stalks and bread ends – perfect for enhancing the texture and flavour of salads or soups, and even turning them into tasty croutons or desserts.
☀️🍂 Eat within the seasons - we have banned air freight to support more local sourcing and keep our produce at its best for repurposing and freezing or fermenting.
