Hai pencoblok business. Is England and some fantastic convention period leaders from Glasgow, Belfast and Manchester. We talked about the expanding role of convention bureaus from much more linear RFP venue support marketing to much more destination custodianship and also how they work with much wider stakeholders such as policy people within their cities and regions and nations, as well as sector leaders, academic leaders to help confirm potential association congresses for their destination. I think many were very blessed in in Britain. Northern Ireland have got some fantastic leaders in the cities and it's all we're always talking about the keys to conversion and you know, for association congresses is is absolutely the staple things such as the terms and conditions of venues that the accommodation, but it's also the wider impact piece, how they're mitigating impacts on the environment, crucially how they're aligning to policymakers and sectoral alignment. So there's various components in order to help hopefully confirm these congresses. So that kind of stakeholder partnership piece was was absolutely fundamental. But also it really underlined that the growing role of convention grows as managing their destination, working with those partners on impact, developing social impact alongside the economic impact. And our panelists did a fantastic job in explaining how they actually deliver that on a practical sense in their day-to-day roles.
