The Communal series of lifestyle hotels, built on inclusivity and sense of community. Individual handwriting can be felt in each space, but the common thread - a feeling of harmony and coziness - suggests that this mood is not accidental and is an important part of the concept. "Communal" combines boutique-urban hotels in the historical districts of Tbilisi—Sololak and Plekhanov—with a boutique-resort-type hotel in Telavi. The main similarity is the boutique concept, as all hotels are of a similar size and scale. The vision of spatial planning, which creates a chamber and cozy environment in the communal spaces, is consistent. You will find similarities in character and moods in exterior and interior directions. The attention to detail and the rich yet harmonious blend of these details create a feeling common to utility hotels. Our spaces are not corporate and sterile, the environment is warm and comfortable everywhere. As for the distinguishing factors, here everything is simpler: each hotel is inspired by the building, its construction period, and its architecture. This building has an interesting history that defines the city and its various districts. The location dictates the individual look and character of the hotel.

Stylish color palette. A unique stamp, much like its style. Not just recently, but for years, consistently recognizable, coherent, and enduring over time. When this collection of hotels was launched, it represented an innovation in the industry, especially with its marvelous color palette. The Warren Street Hotel, the newest addition to the Firmdale family, located in the vibrant and creative neighborhood of Tribeca, embodies contemporary art and design, with every inch joyfully infused with Kit Kemp's sense of fun and love of storytelling. It features sixty-nine rooms, each individually designed, some with beautiful private terrace gardens and spectacular views of Lower Manhattan's skyscrapers and the Hudson River. Firmdale Hotels was founded by Tim and Kit Kemp and includes eleven luxury hotels and eight restaurants across London and New York. They are recognized as pioneers in the hotel industry, known for their high level of personal service and original approach to design. Both founders maintain that "hotels should be living entities, not formal institutions." 🙌 What’s your take? # 316 HOSPITALITY, United States 👉 More content on our website and subscribe to the weekly newsletter; the link to the featured news is in the first comment below. 🎯 If you want to learn more about our transformative approach to generating growth (yes, what we call innovation marketing!), feel free to write me privately. In this new era of hybrid life, the hospitality industry's impact has been profound. Bahamas Goldwynn Resort & Residences, designed by DIALOG, embraces the changing needs of guests—transforming the resort into a residential haven. DIALOG prioritized guest experience while also giving the option for individuals to own residence property, catering to those seeking a more permanent hybrid lifestyle. “We rooted our interior design approach in feeling calm, serene, and residential in approach – intending for longer stays and helping people truly feel at home,” DIALOG partner and design lead Alison McNeil explains. “Creating environments where people thrive, for both owners and people that inhabit it – present and future – is key. Goldwynn is designed for people to take a break from their everyday life; it is designed for people to stay.” Departing from the grand scale typical of Bahamas resorts, the design fosters a true sense of home.
