Good Evening An update to my previous post on preparations for my London Marathon training. Last weekend I completed the first of my long runs at 18miles and another one is planned for this weekend. If possible please would you consider donating and also re-posting in order that I cam reach my target of £2200. The charity is Lymphoma Action who do some awe inspiring work for people who are being treated with this form of blood cancer and also help those in remission.
